Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 14 lbs turkey breast tenderloins (2)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, unprepared
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen sweet peas, defrosted
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place turkey breasts in an 8X8 glass baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl; mix together the soup, shallot, and peas.
  4. Pour the soup mix over the turkey and spread evenly.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until turkey is no longer pink.
