Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounces shell-less skinless peanuts (available in Asian supermarkets)
  • 3 cups water
  • sugar

Directions

  1. Soak peanut in water for 6- 8 hours.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Cook peanut over low heat until soften.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Or use slow cooker/pressure cooker to reduce cooking time.
  6. Add more water if needed.
  7. Add Sugar.
  8. Degree of sweetness is your personal preference.
  9. Serve hot or cold.
