  • 5 -7 lbs pork loin or 5 -7 lbs pork sirloin roast
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (8 ounce) cansel pato hot sauce
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions
