  1. Cook pork in oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok until just browned.
  2. Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until onions are soft.
  3. Stir in asparagus and carrots and cook until asparagus and carrots are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, water, honey, and cornstarch. Pour into skillet ans continue to cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired.
