Directions

  1. Scrub each yam clean.
  2. Heat oven to 350°F.
  3. Cut each yam in half long ways.
  4. Drizzle olive oil / infused oil over flat bake ware surface.
  5. Sprinkle rock salt over olive oil.
  6. Place each 1/2 potato cut side down over the salt and oil.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake 2 hours.
  9. Plate each piece cut side up with 1 TBS butter.
  10. Kosher salt on the table to sprinkle for individual taste.
