Sweet Potato Casserole

"This recipe comes from my mother, and I think she found it in a newspaper. It's a big hit at the holidays. My mom always makes it for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner for our family, and whenever we spend the Holidays with my husband's family, they always request that I make it. We joke that it's sweet enough to have for dessert. Yum! (Prep time does not include time to boil and mash sweet potatoes)"
