ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄3 cup half-and-half cream
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
directions
- Combine cooked adn mashed potatoes w/ sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla & half and half. ( I use heavy cream instead ).
- Spoon into baking dish and mix together rest of items and top the dish with the topping.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minute.
