- 5 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 1 (12 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
directions
- Peel, cube and boil potatoes.
- Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter.
- Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
- Top with marshmallows.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes till marshmallows are golden brown.
