  1. In a large saucepan, saute celery in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in broth, water and bullion.
  3. Add potatoes, sweet potato, ham and seasonings.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Combine flour and milk until smooth.
  7. Gradually stir into soup.
  8. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
