  1. Cut one sweet potato in half and peel one half.
  2. Grate the peeled half (use the size grater you would use to grate cheddar cheese)
  3. Put aside.
  4. In a small bowl combine oil and seasonings.
  5. Toss in potato
  6. Place on dry pan heated to medium-high heat.
  7. Flip when crispy on one side (about 3 minutes).
  8. Eat with or for breakfast enjoy!
