What a great savory pancake. I love pancakes and these rock. I must confess that I misread the ingriedents. I shredded cooked sweet potatoes instead of raw, it worked really well in your recipe. I can't wait to try it properly. The pancakes were quick and very easy to make with great results. Made for ZWT7 (Witchin Kitchen)
