  1. Really delish! I was so happy I did't have to peel the sweet potatoes! Man it is hard to cut raw sweet potatoes. You almost need a machete! I did finally get all the fries cut. Cookiedog is so right! the avocado dip is to DIE FOR! I will use it on sandwiches! MMMMMM, with roast beef--divine. P

  2. I was really leary about this recipe but in the end it was great. Loved the avocado sauce.

  3. I've made Sw Pot fries before and they never turned out crispy. This recipe nailed it! I made my own version of the avocado dip with fresh cilantro, omitted jalapenos and scallions and added dried onion flakes (DH not an onion fan) . I also omitted coriander from spice blend.

  4. OMG this was so good!!! Will be making this again very soon! Love the dip - it would be good with all sorts of dippers!

  5. This is a great recipe and so flavorful. I left out the jalapeno from the dip and it was still delicious. The spicy fries and the creamy dip paired so well together. Can't wait to make it again. Thanks for posting.

  1. I made this for a few friends and they loved it! I substituted the paprika and coriander (didnt have them on hand) and used Thyme instead. They came out great! The dip was good. I highly dislike mayonnaise so it could be made with sour cream as a substitute. I will make this again! It goes great with veggie burgers!
