  1. Preheat oven to 350~.
  2. Butter and flour 9 X 5 loaf pan.
  3. Combine salt, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. In a large bowl combine, sugar, sweet potatoes, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Stir in dry ingredients, add walnuts and raisins.
  6. Transfer to pan and bake for 1 hour.
