  1. This is so quick and easy to prepare...we loved the flavors...I added some red pepper flakes for a touch of heat...we did notice that the dish didn't stay hot/warm for very long...that was a bit of a disappointment...but overall a tasty dish...made for "FYC" tag game...

  2. I made this for a quick lunch entree, and it was delicious. And it can be prepared is such a short period of time, so it's a great extra side dish for busy nights. The sweet red chili sauce adds a lot of flavor and heat kick, and it adds a little splash of color to the rice noodles. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Linky. Made for Culinary Quest 2016 (Thailand).

  3. What a lovely recipe Linky, it was quick, easy to make and it tasted awesome. I really loved the heat from the subtle chili flavor and the tartness that the lime juice brings to the dish. I used fresh noodles and could have eaten the whole dish. Thank you for sharing a recipe that I will make again and again. Made for CQ3 - Thailand & Indonesia

  4. Easy and delicious! The sweet chili sauce blends nicely with the lime juice, providing some tangy sweet bite. I used a combo of white and black sesame seeds - the black seeds really popped off the noodles visually. Thanks for sharing! Culinary Quest '14

  5. We thoroughly enjoyed these noodles! Couldn't possibly be a faster, easier dish and the sweet chili paste offset some of the heat from the other dishes served at the same meal. This is a definite keeper as it comes together in 10 minutes and uses ingredients we always have on hand. Made for Culinary Quest 2014.

Tweaks

  1. We liked these noodles, but did tweak them a bit to our taste. Instead of olive oil, we used coconut oil, and we added a few red chile flakes to give it a little kick. This was quick and easy, a great change from the usual rice! Thanks for posting!
