Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup provolone cheese, finely cubed
  • 14 cup diced sweet red pepper
  • 14 cup finely minced onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 onion rolls, split and toasted

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add ground beef and mix well.
  3. Shape into 4 patties.
  4. Grill or broil about 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Place on toasted onion roll, and add you favorite garnishes.
