  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 14 cup crumbled precooked bacon
  • 4 cups baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stir together honey, butter and crumbled bacon in a small bowl until smooth and set aside.
  3. Place carrots and water into an ungreased 9-by-9-inch baking dish, cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and stir in butter mixture.
  5. Bake another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
