  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs.
  2. Add milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Add bread cubes and toss.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  6. Add bread cubes and stir until cooked and browned.
  7. Gradually add sugar and stir to coat evenly.
  8. Cook until all sugar is dissolved for about 5 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.
