We really enjoyed this for dinner tonight. However, before adding the sweet relish I tasted it and it was nice and sweet at that point so because of personal preference I didn't add the relish. I was afraid it would be too sweet for us. But we really liked it without it. When plated I added some hot sauce to mine. Thanks for sharing. Made for Pot Luck Tag Game :)

I am a mother of 3 in SW Missouri. I am an Independent Consultant for Brown Bag Party, an in home romance party plan company. In my spare time I love to cook. I have since I was a kid. My favorite cookbook would have to be anything by Gooseberry Patch. I love their recipes their so homey, yet presentable, the perfect combination for a Midwestern mom. I really hope that I get to meet new people who share the same love for cooking as I do.
