Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil while mixing with a wooden spoon until well blended.
  3. (Sauce can also be thickened with cornflour if desired) Place chicken pieces in baking pan.
  4. Cover with sauce.
  5. Bake covered for 45 minutes.
  6. Then bake uncovered for a further 20-30 minutes.
