  1. Dissolve beef boullion cubes in warm/hot apple juice.
  2. Place all in crock pot.
  3. Let it do its thing for 6 hours on high. There's going to be a lot of juice -- like a pot roast/stew kinda thing. Its really fork-tender we suggest serving with garlic mashed potatoes.
