  1. Wash, peel and slice the cucumber finely.
  2. Skin and slice the onion finely as well.
  3. Deseed the chille and make fine slices.
  4. Take a shallow bowl, place the cucumber slices, then place the sliced onions and sprinkle the sliced chillies on top.
  5. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
  6. Pour this over the onions and cucumbers.
  7. Refrigerate the salad for a few hours.
  8. Serve chilled.
