  1. Simple, healthy, and so tasty! I halved the recipe and used 4 medium sized onions. I had to use white vinegar since it was the only kind I had, but I bet this tastes even better with apple cider vinegar! The instructions in this recipe are perfect, and so are the ingredient amounts. This is one fabulous one-veggie side that I will make often! Thanks Ocean~Ivy!

  2. I followed recipe exactly and it tasted very bland. I look for easy to fix veggie dishes like this but I will not try this one again.

  3. Tasty! I used balsamic vinegar cause that was what I had. We had it over grilled veggie chicken patties and brown rice. Not sure if I was able to get it as thick as expected...I am not a gourmet chef. But my family seemed to like it. Thanks.

  4. Different and good veggi dishes can sometimes be hard to find. This simple, quick and tasty dish fills the bill. I did add a bit of chili sauce to spice it up a bit and I thought it worked well. THis will go with just about any other dish as well.
