Sweet & Spicey Sandwich

"This recipe was created by my 13 yr old son. I cannot vouch for the flavor as I have yet to try it but I told him I would post the recipe for others in hopes to encourage him to keep being creative in the kitchen. It mixes a little breakfast with lunch. NOTE: We used a bolillo for this recipe but I could not add that into the ingredients, you could really use any type of bread, even a croissant if you wanted."
