  • Fry onions, garlic and ginger.
  • Add sesame and walnuts and red chili.
  • Place washed whole watercress; let steam.
  • When wilted add the tofu.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Just before removing from heat add honey (to make this recipe vegan, use honey substitute).
