  1. Preset over to 350 degrees. Half squash and scoop out seeds. Set face down in a baking dish with 1 inch of water. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove squash from oven, peel off the skin, and cut into cubes. Simmer carrots in butter on med-low for 8 minutes. Add squash cubes and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add apple cubes, raisins, brown sugar, vanilla and nuts and simmer for 2-3 minutes more. Enjoy!
