- 2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (250 g) package philadelphia brick cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (1 liter) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup chopped chocolate-covered english toffee bar (about 4 bars)
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 (113 g) packages JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
directions
- Combine crumbs with butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Chill.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle chopped candy bars over layer.
- Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk. Pour over chopped candy bar layer. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional chopped candy bars, if desired. Cut into squares.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
