Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 -8 vidalia onions, thinly sliced
  • 12 lb mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag potato chips, crushed
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 cup milk
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 18 teaspoon red pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Butter a 9" x 13" baking dish. Layer in onions, cheese and chips. With the last layer of chips in place, combine soup, milk and pepper and pour over casserole.
  2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
