Directions

  1. Dice uncooked bacon and onion; brown in large saucepan.
  2. Add meat, cook and drain off the fat.
  3. Reserve liquid from kidney beans, butter beans and tomatoes.
  4. Add beans, tomatoes, brown sugar, BBQ sauce and salt and pepper to taste to the meat mixture.
  5. Add enough reserved liquid to suit your preference, discarding the rest.
  6. Simmer 1 hour.
