Swiss Chard

"This is a really old method of cooking swiss chard. It is very tasty. We serve this with boiled potatoes, and a mixture of apple cider vinegar, water and a little sugar, for sprinkling over. Prep time does not include soaking the meat overnight."

  1. I had some frozen Swiss Chard, and I have had a craving to have them, so saw this simple recipe and decided to try it. I threw in some potatoes during the cooking time, and what a feast we had! Good old fashioned yummy chard can't be beat! I look forward to making my swiss chard this way from now on, as it's so simple and amazingly delicious to boot!
