  1. Put chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic powder and diced onions.
  3. Put mushrooms over chicken.
  4. Top each piece of chicken with a slice or two of swiss cheese. Then put 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese over each piece of chicken.
  5. Pour can of soup mixed with milk over the chicken.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  7. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and parmesan cheese in small bowl.
  8. Remove chicken from oven, sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and sprinkle crumb mixture over the cheese.
  9. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer.
