  1. A great way to serve corn! This almost tasted like a mac and cheese but with corn instead of noodles. Very unique and tasty comfort food that's also not unhealthy.

  2. This is a good corn casserole. I used frozen corn and Parmesan cheese. Next time I think I will try cheddar in it and also perhaps more bread crumbs on top. Made for I Went to the Market Tag Game.

  3. I made this today using swiss cheese and did not like it at all.

  4. This makes a really nice corn casserole, I used canned peaches & cream corn niblets and a mixture of asiago and medium cheddar cheeses. They worked well in this dish. The egg and cheese give this dish a lovely texture. We enjoyed this tasty, filling, dish very much. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Very nice, easy and good to eat. I used frozen corn, didn't defrost it, it cooked easily in the 'sauce'. I used a mix of grated cheddar and parmesan cheeses. One thing, there is onion in the directions, but not in the ingredients list! IF I'd used onion, I would have lightly sauteed it before adding it, just to soften, but I didn't use it at all. Another time, I might add mustard powder, I think it would complement the dish well. Thanks for a nice recipe, weekend cooker!
