- 1 -2 lb beef bottom round steak
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped or pressed)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package dry beefy onion soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (diced)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb mushroom (sliced)
directions
- layer ingredients in crock pot except mushrooms.
- cook on low 4 hours
- add mushrooms.
- cook 2 more hrs or until meat reaches desired tenderness.
