  1. In a large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain fat.
  2. Add tomato sauce, water and taco seasoning; mix well.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer beef mixture to a crockpot.
  5. Stir in macaroni and green chilies.
  6. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
