Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 (11 ounce) bag taco chips or 1 (11 ounce) bag nacho cheese flavor Doritos
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can rotel
  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 12 minced onion
  • 4 -5 slices American cheese

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef; drain.
  2. Heat soups and rotel in sauce pan.
  3. Place Doritos in bottom of 9*13 pan sprinkle meat over chips.
  4. Distribute onion over meat, pour soup over mixture.
  5. Cover with slices of cheese.
  6. Bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted.
