Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into strips
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 16 ounces taco chips, crushed
  • 1 12 cups grated cheese

Directions

  1. Saute onion in butter in skillet.
  2. Add soups, Rotel, chicken and broth, mixing well.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Layer corn chips and chicken mixture in 9 x 13 inch casserole.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
