  • Put chicken in the crock pot. Mix soup and taco seasoning and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken and cut up into chunks. Mix in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles. For Once a month Cooking: Put chicken in the crock pot. Mix soup and taco seasoning and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken and cut up into chunks. Let cool, then package into a large zip-bag or food saver bag and freeze. Defrost and thaw the day before serving. On serving day, empty thawed ingredients back into the crock pot, OR warm on the stove top in a large pot. Add sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.

  1. Loved it! It really did taste like taco. We ate it over white rice. Unfortunately we had too many chicken things for a couple weeks, so I think my husband may have had a bad taste left in his mouth. c(= I'm sure he'll enjoy it more after our menu becomes a little more diverse though =]
