  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) boxjiffy cornbread (Milk and eggs needed)
  • 1 lb cheese
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 8 ounces refried beans (optional)
  • 2 ounces taco sauce (optional)
  • 1 tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 lb shredded lettuce (optional)
  • 8 ounces sour cream (optional)

Directions

  1. 1. Mix and cook cornbread according to box.
  2. 2. Brown Hamburger meat while corn bread is cooking.
  3. 3. Add taco seasoning to hamburger meat.
  4. 4. Cover cornbread with hamburger meat when done and top with cheese.
  5. 5. Place in oven while cools down (Until cheese is melted).
  6. 6. Add toppings of choice.
