2 cans frito enchalada bean dip
scallion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tomatoes
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon pepper
7 ounces black olives
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
3 medium ripe avocados
1 cup sour cream
¹⁄₂ cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning

directions

In Layers.
1. Bean Dip.
2. Mashed Avocado with Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper.
3. Sour Cream, Mayonnaise and Taco seasoning.
4. Chopped Scallions, Tomatoes, Olives& Cheddar.
Chill for about an hour.
Serve with Taco Chips.
