- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained, Rotel
- 2 (7 1/4 ounce) boxes macaroni and cheese, Kraft
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
directions
- In a large skillet, cook beef and taco seasoning mix over medium high heat stirring often, until beef is browned and crumbly.
- Drain well.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and chiles, and keep warm.
- Cook macaroni noodles according to box directions.
- Drain well.
- Return to pan.
- Stir in cheese packets and beef mixture.
- Serve immediately.
