ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey, beef or pork)
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beans (pinto, black or your choice)
  • 2 cups cooked noodles (egg, macaroni, or your choice)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 12 cup cheese sauce (you can either make the cheese sauce that comes in a box of mac and cheese or you can make Velveta c)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can corn, drained
  • sour cream, to taste

directions

  • Add ground meat and dry taco seasoning to large skillet.
  • Brown ground meat; drain; return to pan.
  • Add remaining ingredients except sour cream; warm over medium heat until bubbling.
  • Serve.
  • Top with sour cream.
