Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls
  • shredded lettuce
  • sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook ground beef until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and drain.
  3. In a bowl, combine meat, taco seasoning, cheese, and water.
  4. Unroll crescent rolls, seperate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on a 13 inch round baking stone, with wide ends overlapping in the center and points towards the outside.
  5. Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widestend of each triangle.
  6. Bring outside points of the triangle down over filling and tuck under wide ends of the dough at center. (fillinf will not be completely covered.).
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with lettuce, sour cream, and what ever else you like on your tacos!
