  1. These are so easy and tasty! I had a baby shower and made these to go with all the other finger foods! They were a hit! I will definitely make them again! Thanks Fluffy!

  2. Terrific!!!!! Super easy. I used light sour cream and lite cream cheese. By accident 4 oz of olives were used instead of 2-1/4 oz and it was still superb. To speed the chilling process I put in the freezer for about 1/2 hour. I had a 10 people over for dinner and served these beforehand. I had to give my copy of the recipe away to one of my guest whom she and her husband raved about it. Thanks for posting such a great tasting and easy recipe.

  3. Reviews were mixed, good from people who like spicy, not good from the others. Their loss! They did taste a little *ordinary* tho because I used my regular taco mix (store brand/El Paso/whatever is on sale), the olives do add authenticity. Next time I will add chopped green onion, a little less *packaged* seasoning and a something like extra cumin/red pepper plakes or like that to make the taste a little more like it was all from scratch. As far as being good finger food, rollups are the best! They don't fall apart or drip.

  4. Really easy appetizer! I left out the olives & chilies because I was serving to a range of ages at our Christmas Eve Open House. They were a big hit!

  5. These are really good and pretty easy too! Made to take to a family reunion. I also used light sour cream and cream cheese and 4 oz of olives (what I had). Used 1 oz homemade taco seasoning (#66591) and a 10 count pkg (8-inch) tortillas. Thanks Fluffy for the recipe! Updated to add that they are much better after they have chilled for a few hours and the flavors have melded together.
