ingredients
- tomato puree, 1 cup
- water, 1/2 cup
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
directions
- blend all the above ingredients and keep aside.
- In a pan put oil and blended paste and cook on medium to low flame 15 to 20 minutes.
