ingredients

4 tablespoons onion flakes
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon garlic powder
4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons oregano

directions

Add all the ingredients in a jar and give it a good shake.
For taco filling: Cook 1/2 lb of ground beef. Drain. Add 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for about 10 minutes, until liquid has mostly evaporated. You can easily double the recipe to get 1lb of taco filling.
