- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Mix it all together.

Good mix. I like that the amount of salt can be controlled, unlike the commercial mixes, which are mostly salt. And this one has enough cumin, which the commercial ones lack. Made for Fall 2012 PAC game. -
Was gonna put this together for some future use, but got such a yearning for a taco as I was fixing it that I decided to go whole hog & make myself a couple for a lunch!
