Taco Seasoning
"I found this recipe on Food Network and it's a great choice instead of using a pre-packaged envelope of taco seasoning from the grocery. I had all of the spices on hand so it was quick and easy. Great with chicken and hamburger meat."

- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
directions
- In a small bowl combine above ingredients, mix well. Add to cooked meat or chicken with one cup of water. Bring to boil. Simmer for about approximately 12 minutes.
