  1. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat.
  2. Place browned meat in saucepan.
  3. Cook celery in skillet with onions overlow heat until soft.
  4. Add celery and onions to saucepan along with the remaining ingredients except the cheese and chips.
  5. Simmer uncovered 30-45 minutes.
  6. Ladle into bowls and top with cheese and chips.
