- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 (2 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can hominy
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 large onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
directions
- Brown ground sirloin and onion. Combine all ingredients in a pot - do not drain beans but drain hominy before placing in pot. Simmer. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
