- onion, chopped (qty 1)
- water (2 cans)
- canned tomato, mexican diced with chilis
- canned tomato, diced (14.5 oz can)
- taco seasoning mix (1 pkg.)
- minestrone soup (4 cans)
- pinto beans, undrained (1 can)
- sour cream
- valveeta cheese
- tortilla chips
directions
- Brown the meat with onions . Add taco seasoning mix and water according to package.
- Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Serve with a slice of Valveeta, cheese, and sour cream.
