  1. These are yummy! I worked at Taco Time while in high school almost 20 years ago. The only thing we did differently (and it varies per franchise) is that we used an ice cream scoop to put the beans on the tortilla, rolled them up and then cut the ends off of the tortilla instead of rolling them up inside the burrito. We then deep fried them for 2 minutes. But I think I like the idea of baking them better.....Thanks for posting!

i am a stay at home mom and like to spend my free time cooking and baking for my family. i love to try new things and have been trying more and more to make things from scratch whenever possible. i have decided recently that with 2 toddlers at home it is easier to bake a couple loaves of bread than to run to the store. i had some amazing gnocchi with a smoked gouda sauce at a place in park city, utah a few months ago. it was so good i was having dreams about it. i have since tried to make my own gnocchi at home and it doesn't seem to be as light and fluffy as the one i had in park city. (although still good) i have tried 2 different recipes and haven't found the right one. let me know if you have the answer!
